| MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiffs filed this action in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on January 2, 2024. Defendant WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN AREA TRANSIT AUTHORITY removed this action to federal district court on March 22, 2024. As of the date of this Order, Plaintiffs have not yet filed proof of service on Defendant DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, INC. Per 28 U.S.C. 1448, for cases removed from State court, "process or service may be completed or new process issued in the same manner as in cases originally filed in [this district]." Accordingly, the Court directs Plaintiffs' attention to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) and Local Civil Rule 5.3. It is hereby ORDERED that, by no later than April 1, 2024, Plaintiffs must either cause process to be served upon each Defendant and file proof of service with the Court or establish good cause for the failure to do so.
