In accordance with the attached Order, it is hereby ORDERED that the #6 Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Consolidate and Unopposed Motion for Briefing Schedule, is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to consolidate the above referenced cases and enter a briefing schedule. The motion is DENIED in all other respects. It is further ORDERED that Power the Future v. White House Council on Environmental Quality, Civil Action No. 24-2102, is CONSOLIDATED with Power the Future v. White House Council on Environmental Quality, Civil Action No. 24-2103. It is further ORDERERD that the parties shall make all future filings in Power the Future v. White House Council on Environmental Quality, Civil Action No. 24-2102, and the Clerk of the Court shall refuse to accept any filings in Power the Future v. White House Council on Environmental Quality, Civil Action No. 24-2103. It is further ORDERED that, on or before September 4, 2024, the defendant shall file an answer or otherwise respond to the plaintiff's Complaint. It is further ORDERED that, on or before September 18, 2024, the defendant shall file its motion for summary judgment. It is further ORDERED that, on or before October 18, 2024, the plaintiff shall file its opposition to the defendant's motion for summary judgment. It is further ORDERED that, on or before November 18, 2024, the defendant shall file a reply in support of its motion for summary judgment. It is further ORDERED that, on February 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the parties shall appear for a status conference before the Court, via teleconference, by calling 1-877-873-8017 and entering the Court's access code (8583213) followed by the pound key (#).
