VACATED PURSUANT TO MINUTE ORDER ENTERED ON 9/4/2024.....MINUTE ORDER: Because the Plaintiffs are in the window to amend as of right, the Plaintiffs are directed to file, by September 13, 2024, a single, consolidated amended complaint that includes all potential plaintiffs and their claims. Plaintiffs shall also serve any new defendants. Accordingly, the Court DENIES #6 the Plaintiffs' Motion for Joinder as moot. The Court reserves judgment on whether Mr. Kontilai's joinder is appropriate under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and expresses no view at this time as to whether Mr. Lambert may represent Mr. Kontilai in this matter. The Court directs the Defendants to include in any motion to dismiss (1) whether joinder of Mr. Kontilai is proper under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and (2) whether Mr. Lambert's representation of Mr. Kontilai in this case would pose any unwaivable conflicts of interest.
