MINUTE ORDER. The government shall by March 18, 2024, submit directly to chambers by electronic mail the proposed redactions to the docket entries in both this matter and United States v. Chiguer, 22-cr-25 (D.D.C.), which the parties have agreed should be unsealed in part. Joint Status Report, ECF No. 9, at 2-3. If the court agrees that those entries should be unsealed as requested, the court will ask the government to docket the redacted versions of the relevant filings. The court will repost redacted versions of minute orders. As to ECF No. 4 in this matter, the government shall submit by March 18, 2024, the redacted version of ECF No. 4 that it sent to The Press Coalition. The parties may file position statements of no more than five pages with respect to proposed redactions to ECF No. 4 by March 20, 2024. Finally, the court will direct the unsealing of ECF Nos. 49 (notice of intent to appear remotely) and 57 (judgment) on the criminal docket, as well as any minute orders that do not contain sensitive personal or mental health information.
