ENDORSED ORDER. Plaintiff, Jay Thomas Stubbs, an inmate of the Florida penal system, filed two pro se, unsigned documents #1, #2 seeking "Injunction Relief." He contends that "staff members" at Florida State Prison (FSP) are torturing him by denying him "proper treatment for [a] metal object inside [him]"; recruiting others to "insert things inside [his] food trays"; tampering with the grievance system; and plotting to kill him. He also complains generally about the conditions of confinement at FSP. Stubbs's filings are not proper complaints, do not include all of the information required by the court-approved civil rights complaint form, and cannot commence a civil action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 3 ("A civil action is commenced by filing a complaint with the court."); see also M.D. Fla. R. 6.04(a) ("A pro se person in custody must use the standard form[.]"). Additionally, he has not filed a proper motion for injunctive relief. See M.D. Fla. R. 6.01, 6.02. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall close this case and send Stubbs a civil rights complaint form.
