ENDORSED ORDER DISMISSING Plaintiff's Amended Complaint #10. Plaintiff's case was dismissed without leave to amend on December 1, 2025 for failure to timely file an Amended Complaint #8. Plaintiff then filed the Amended Complaint, and it is due to be dismissed for failure to comport with the required pleading standard #10. The Amended Complaint "is guilty of the venial sin of being replete with conclusory, vague, and immaterial facts not obviously connected to any particular cause of action." See Weiland v. Palm Beach Cnty. Sheriff's Off., 792 F.3d 1313, 1321-22 (11th Cir. 2015). Plaintiff's Amended Complaint consists of one hundred and four pages of vague, rambling, and incomprehensible verbiage. (Dkt. #10) It is, notably, ninety-nine more pages than the first Complaint that was dismissed for the same reason. (Dkt. #7). The Amended Complaint does not include "a short and plain statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled to relief." Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a). Accordingly, Plaintiff's Amended Complaint is DISMISSED and Plaintiff's Motion to Reinstate Her Former Complaints #12 is DENIED AS MOOT. If Plaintiff can state a proper claim for relief under Fed. R. Civ. P. 8, she may do so by filing a new case with the Clerk's Office. The case shall remain CLOSED. Signed by Judge Mary S. Scriven on 12/12/2025. (KMF)
