See Target Disclosure (Doc. #12) at 2. To be sure, the exercise is intended precisely to uncover any conflicts requiring recusal, which only the Court can assess. So as Target anticipates in its statement, it must file a fully responsive statement using the form attached to the #7 Civil Case Order (also available on the undersigned's website) by September 22, 2023.
