ORDER. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff an application packet for requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff has until 10/7/2019, to either: (1) file a motion requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis, supported by a computer printout of the transactions in Plaintiff's inmate bank account for the 6-month period of time preceding the initiation of this case, or (2) pay the full amount of the filing fee ($400.00 if paid in full). Plaintiff's motion requesting that the reimbursed filing fee be applied to this case, ECF No. #2 , is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion requesting that the filing fee be waived, ECF No. #6 , is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion requesting that an order be entered requiring Defendants to make copies of his complaint, ECF No. #3 , is DENIED.
