Filing 8 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. It is respectfully RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's complaint be DISMISSED for failure to comply with court orders pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) and N.D. Fla. Loc. R. 41.1 and for want of prosecution. See also Moon v. Newsome, 863 F.2d 835, 837 (11th Cir. 1989) (While dismissal is an extraordinary remedy, dismissal upon disregard of an order, especially where the litigant has been forewarned, generally is not an abuse of discretion.) The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff the proper forms for Plaintiff, a non-prisoner, to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall have until 6/25/2021, to file an amended complaint in compliance with this Order. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a civil rights complaint form. If Plaintiff no longer desires to proceed with this case, Plaintiff must file a notice of voluntary dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a) by 6/25/2021.
