Filing 16 AMENDED ORDER DISMISSING CASE with prejudice. On August 16, 2018, the Court dismissed this action without prejudice upon a report from the mediator that the Parties had settled their claims. (See D.E. 14.) Therein, the Court provided the Parties thirty days to, inter alia, request that the Dismissal Order be amended to one with prejudice by filing a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice. On August 30, 2018, the Parties filed a #15 Joint Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
