PAPERLESS ORDER DISMISSING CASE. THIS MATTER is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. Under S.D. Fla. Loc. R. 88.2, civil rights complaints filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 "must be signed under penalty of perjury by [plaintiff] or by a person authorized to sign it for [plaintiff] and, together with a filing fee... shall be filed in the Clerk's Office...." Plaintiff failed to sign the Complaint under penalty of perjury. Plaintiff also failed to pay the required filing fee to initiate this action or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, as set forth in S.D. Fla. Loc. R. 88.2(b). Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED. Any deadlines and hearings are CANCELED. This case is CLOSED.
