PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on #4 Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Seal Certain Exhibits to the #1 Notice of Removal. Specifically, Defendant moves to seal #1 -4 Plaintiff's Answers to Defendant's Interrogatories and #1 -5, #1 -8, #1 -9, #1 -10 Plaintiff's Medical Records to protect Plaintiff's privacy. Upon review of Defendant's motion, the record, and applicable law, the Court finds good cause to seal Plaintiff's private information because Plaintiff's right to privacy outweighs the public's right of access. See Romero v. Drummond Co., 480 F.3d 1234, 1246 (11th Cir. 2007). Accordingly, #4 Defendant's Motion to Seal is GRANTED.
