PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part #14 #15 Motions for Extensions of Time. Both Parties seek extensions of their respective deadlines in this case. Plaintiff seeks an extension of time to respond to the Motion to Dismiss (DE #11 ) from February 23, 2026, to March 25, 2026. Similarly, Defendants request an extension of time to respond to the Motion for Preliminary Injunction (DE #12 ) from February 23, 2026, to March 25, 2026. In support, both Parties represent that they are actively engaged in discussions to resolve this matter. As a result, they request additional time to reach a final resolution and to draft and execute a settlement document. Motions for extension of time must set forth good cause supported by specific facts. In the interest of encouraging the early resolution of this case I will grant an extension, however the Parties do not set forth good cause for the requested monthlong delay. The Parties can, of course, continue to engage in settlement discussions while this case moves forward in litigation.
