ORDER granting in part and denying in part 6 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. All claims against Defendants Soash and Wilcox are dismissed. Plaintiffs sex discrimination and hostile work envir onment under Title VII are dismissed. Plaintiff may, however, within twenty-one days of the date of this Order, file an Amended Complaint as to his ADA hostile work environment claim against WALB.
