The Court finds it appropriate to examine/interview the minor children in this proceeding. To minimize inconvenience to the children, the Court intends to interview the children toward the end of the hearing scheduled for April 8, 2019. Accordingly, their mother shall have them present at the Athens federal courthouse no later than 3:00 P.M. on April 8, 2019. The Court intends to question the children with only counsel for the parties present and with only the Court conducting the examination. If a language interpreter is necessary and the childrens' language is different from the language of the interpreter who will be translating the rest of the proceeding, counsel for the mother shall make arrangements to have an interpreter present.
