ORDERFinding that plaintiff is unable to pay the cost of commencing this action, this Court GRANTS Plaintiffs Motions to Proceed In Forma Pauperis in both Evans v. Crowe & Mulvey, LLP et al, Case No. 3:19-CV-00068 [Doc. 6], and Evans v. Crowe & Mulvey, LLP et al, Case No. 3:19-CV-00069 [Doc. 2]. ORDER TO CONSOLIDATE CASE Lead Case # 3:19-CV-68-CAR. To avoid any confusion, and given that Case No. 3:19-CV-00069 will be closed, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff not to include the caption of Case No. 3:19-CV-00069 in any future filings in this action and not to file any pleadings directly in Case No. 3:19-CV-00069. Rather, all future filings in these consolidated proceedings should be made exclusively in Case No. 3:19-CV-00068. If Plaintiff wishes to maintain this action, he must submit a consolidated, recast Complaint within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order. The recast Complaint must be filed in accordance with the directives contained in this Order. If Plaintiff fails to respond to this Order, the Court will dismiss this action.
