| NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF Show Cause Hearing set for 3/28/2024 10:00 AM. The Court is concerned with the lack of communication displayed by Mr. Tenenbaum. Numerous e-mails and telephone calls from both the clerk's office and chambers were ignored and the registration process took almost twice as long as was set out on February 23, 2024 when this case was removed to this Court. Counsel is admonished that filings, including Orders, are processed using the CM/ECF filing systems which utilizes e-mail to notify counsel of hearings and deadlines, etc. Missing a deadline or hearing will not be taken lightly.
