The Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED to the extent that they are entitled to qualified immunity for the period the Plaintiffs visitation was suspend ed during the hunger strike. The Defendants are not entitled to qualified immunity for the period after the strike ended and the threat of disruption subsided. Because there is a genuine dispute as to the facts supporting the Defendants' conduct during this time, their motion for summary judgment as to this period is DENIED.
