ORDER GRANTING 12 Motion for Default Judgment. Judgment is entered against the Defendants on the Plaintiff's claims for Breach of Contract and Conversion. For these claims, the Plaintiff is entitled to actual damages totaling $464,771. 41. The Plaintiff is further awarded $5,000 in punitive damages, $14,364.35 in attorney's fees and litigation expenses, and $55,772.57 in prejudgment interest.
