ORDER DENYING 13 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment; and GRANTING in part and DENYING in part 25 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. It is GRANTED as to liability for the Plaintiff's uncompensated time spent waiting for trucks, although the issue of damages remains for trial, and it is DENIED as to all other claims.
