Filing 4 ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The present action is DISMISSED as duplicative. Plaintiff cannot file any other pleadings under the present civil action number. If he wishes to pursue his claims against supervisory officials then he must amend his complaint in Pope v. Banks, Case No. 5:23-cv-00395-CAR-MSH to add them as Defendants in that case. Because Plaintiff has failed to demonstrate that he is in imminent danger of serious physical injury, he will not be permitted to proceed in forma pauperis and this action is further DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 1915(g).
