No. 60], as follows: the court would amend its injunction to provide that itexpires upon the issuance of the Final Award of the Arbitrator in the arbitrationcurrently ongoing between APS and Quest, as well as the completion of any further action permitted by the Federal Arbitration Act in this court with regard to saidarbitration award. However, because the court finds that APS has stated no legalbasis for the issuance of an injunction against Quest, this court would not be inclinedto amend the injunction so as to apply to Quest.
