OPINION and ORDER. The court DENIES Plaintiff's 64 motion for an extension of time to complete discovery; and GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART Plaintiff's 68 , 69 , 71 , 76 and 78 motions to compel. Defendants are DIRECTED within 30 days of the date of this order to produce a privilege log of the documents withheld from Plaintiff's parole file. Plaintiff has 30 days from his receipt of the privilege log to notify the court and Defendants of which documents he believes a re relevant to his discovery requests. Defendants must then submit those documents to the court for an in camera review within 10 days of receiving Plaintiff's request. Defendants are further DIRECTED that for those sections of the Parole Decisions Guideline Manual produced to Plaintiff, Defendants also produce any amendments to the manual for the time period of January 1, 1993 - January 31, 2008.
