To meet the statutory caps under Title VII, the court reduces the jury's award to Plaintiff of $50,000 in compensatory damages and $1,000,000 in punitive damages for her sexual harassmen t claim, as well as $500,000 in compensatory damages and $2,000,000 in punitive damages on her retaliation claim under Title VII.
