OPINION and ORDER. The court GRANTS Plaintiffs' 12 Motion for Order Permitting Court Supervised Notice to Employees of their Opt-In Rights. Plaintiffs have an opt-in period of forty-five days beginning on the date of this order. The court app roves the notice and opt-in consent attached to Plaintiffs' Motion [12-2] and [12-3].
