Filing 76 ORDER for final determination of Plaintiff's remedies. The Court ORDERS that in addition to relief previously granted, Plaintiff be given restoration of seniority and that Defendant is enjoined from future discriminatory conduct on the basis of sex against Plaintiff after she returns to the workplace. Plaintiff's request for sex-discrimination training for Defendant Brumby is DENIED. This constitutes the Final Order in this action. The Clerk shall enter final judgment in favor of Plaintiff. Plaintiff's reinstatement will be effected by defendant Brumby's performance of the following terms: 1) payment of full salary, equal to her salary at the time she was terminated from 8/09/10 to the date of the decision on defendants' appeal; 2) during the appeal, payment to Ms. Glenn for purchasing of benefits commensurate with benefits she had when employed at the OLC; 3) treatment, for all purposes of state law, of Ms. Glenn as though she had be en employed with the OLC for the appeal time period; 4)the parties will meet and confer regarding amounts in paragraphs 1 and 2 and any other disputes about the terms of this Order; 5) this agreement and Order are limed to the terms contained herein. Defendants Motion for SummaryJudgment 46 is DENIED as to the First Claim for Relief, and is GRANTEDas to the Second Claim for Relief. Having found that Defendant Brumbys decision to terminate Plaintiff violated her rights under the Equal Protection Clause, the Court must fashion an appropriate remedy. The Cou rt shall conduct a hearing on the remedy issue on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 2105, United States Courthouse, 75 Spring Street, Atlanta, Georgia.
