OPINION and ORDER. The Plaintiff's 9 motion for default judgment is GRANTED. Defendant is DIRECTED to pay Plaintiff $88,762.44 plus 18% prejudgment interest calculated on each overdue invoice as per the terms of the contract. Plain tiff is DIRECTED to file a motion in this court for attorneys' fees and costs within 30 days of the date of this order.
