June 8, 2010 Filing 23 CONSENT DECREE. Defendant shall pay Diane Coleman the gross amount of $125,000.00, less applicable taxes, withholdings, and other deductions required by law. Payment of the $125,000.00 shall be structured in the manner previously agreed upon between Ms. Coleman and Defendant, with final payment of the structured settlement due on or before 2/28/2011. This Consent Decree shall continue to be effective and binding upon the parties to this action for a period of 36 calendar months immediately following the entry of the Decree.
