ORDER AND OPINION denying 6 Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand to State Court; denying as moot 15 Defendants' Motion to Strike; and denying 20 Plaintiff's Motion to Amend. If plaintiffs wish, the Court will give them until April 22, 2013 to file an amended complaint that eliminates, as much as possible, any Twombly issues. Thereafter, defendants can file a renewed motion to dismiss based on the same grounds alleged before, if defendants conclude that such a motion is still nece ssary. If plaintiffs do not believe they can satisfy defendants objections by filing an amended complaint, they should so advise the Court, and the latter will allow defendants to refile their present motion to dismiss.
