It is further ordered that the Receiver's Motion for Approval of Settlement of Disputed Claim and Settlement Agreement and for Entry of Bar Order and Approval of Form of Notice 145 is granted in part and deferred in part. On or before June 1, 2018, the Receiver shall send the Notice to each person who will or could be impacted by the approval of the settlement with Alexandria and the bar order. On or before June 1, 2018, the Receiver shall file with the Court a list of each person to whom the Notice is sent. September 21, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 131 OPINION AND ORDER granting Receiver Robert D. Terry's Motion to Approve Plan of Distribution 120 , as amended 125 , except that distributions shall not be made to Claimants 470 and 485 identified in the Receivers Distribution Plan ([125.1] at 6). Claimant Alexandria Capital, LLC's Objection to Receiver's Motion to Approve Plan of Distribution 127 is overruled. Receiver Robert D. Terry's Motion for Special Distribution 129 is granted. It is further ordered that the Recei ver shall file, on or before October 5, 2017, his motion to modify his Distribution Plans [125.1] proposed distributions to the Two Claimants. The Two Claimants shall file their response on or before October 26, 2017. The Receiver shall file his repl y on or before November 2, 2017. The Receiver shall ensure that the Two Claimants receive a copy of this Order on or before September 28, 2017. The Receiver also shall ensure that, on or before October 8, 2017, the Two Claimants receive a copy of the Receivers motion to modify the Distribution Plans proposed distributions to the Two Claimants.
