Filing 22 ORDER dening in part and granting in part Plaintiff's 18 Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint. Plaintiff's Motion 18 is DENIED as to Defendant McCalla Raymer. Plaintiff's Motion 18 is GRANTED as to the remaining Defendant s. As the Court has dismissed Plaintiff's claims against Defendant McCalla Raymer, its 10 Motion to Dismiss is DENIED as moot. The remaining Defendants' 6 Motion to Dismiss is DENIED as moot. The Clerk is DIRECTED to file Plaintiff 39;s Amended Complaint [Doc. No. 19-1]. The remaining Defendants are ORDERED to respond in accordance with the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure. Pursuant to Standing Order No. 14-01, this action is hereby REFERRED to a magistrate judge of this Court to hear and determine any pretrial matters pending before the Court and to conduct hearings and submit reports and recommendations to the full extent allowed by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A) and (B).
