Filing 14 OPINION AND ORDER on Plaintiffs Hawaiiweb, Inc. and David Dieterles Motion for Default Judgment 10 . The Court will hold a further evidentiary hearing on Plaintiffs damages for breach of contract on February 7, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., in Courtroom 1705. At the hearing, the Plaintiffs shall show whether they are entitled to contractual damages and, if so, in what amount. It is further ordered that Plaintiffs be awarded statutory damages for Defendants willful violation of Plaintiffs copyright in the amount of $8,000. Plaintiffs are awarded attorneys fees and costs for Defendants breach of contract and copyright violation in the amount of $5,782.40. Defendant, and its directors, principals, officers, agents, servants, employees, repre sentatives, successors, and assigns are permanently enjoined from copying, distributing, or making any other infringing use of Plaintiff David Dieterles copyright protected by Copyright Registration Number VA0001646797.
