ORDER GRANTING #5 Motion for Leave to Take Expedited Discovery. Plaintiff may serve immediate discovery on Amazon Web Services ("AWS") to obtain the identity of each Defendant by serving a subpoena pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 45 that seeks information sufficient to identify each such Defendant including the name, address, telephone number, email address and Media Access Control addresses for each Defendant; Any information disclosed to Plaintiff in response to such subpoena may be used by Plaintiff solely for purposes of this case; If and when AWS is served with the subpoena, AWS shall preserve the subpoenaed information in question pending resolution of any timely filed motion to quash; and Counsel for Plaintiff shall provide a copy of this Order to AWS along with the subpoena.
