ORDER The defendants are given until August 10, 2018, to amend their notice of removal to allege the citizenship of the plaintiff. Failure to do so will result in this action being remanded to the State Court of Cobb County for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The court notes that the notice of removal states that the action is pending in the State Court of Cobb County, Georgia, but then says that that court is "located at 200 Courthouse Sq., #104, Des Arc, Arkansas 72040." Since this court doubts that there is a office of the State Court of Cobb County in Arkansas, the defendants might want to correct this apparent scrivener's error. Signed by Judge Charles A.
