REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re #2 Complaint, filed by Patti Rainey Jacobson. This Court RECOMMENDS that Plaintiffs claims be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff must file an Amended Complaint within fourteen (14) days of the date that this Order and Report and Recommendation is signed by the Court. The Amended Complaint must: ( 1) address the shortcomings noted herein; (2) comply with the pleading requirements of Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and (3) include the factual background setting forth specific, non-conclusory factual allegations which suggest support for the required elements of her claims. If Plaintiff is filing her action late, Plaintiff must explain the "extraordinary circumstances," as explained above, that support the late filing. Plaintifrs failure to timely file her Amended Complaint and cure the aforementioned deficiencies will result in this Court's recommendation that this lawsuit be dismissed with prejudice.
