October 10, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER granting Plaintiff's #1 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. This action shall proceed as any other civil action. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED TO FORWARD sufficient USM 285 Forms to Plaintiffs counsel. Upon receipt, Plaintiff is ORDERED to complete the forms and return them to the Clerk within TWENTY-ONE DAYS of the date of this Order, so that process may be served upon Defendant. Upon receipt of the forms by the Clerk, the Clerk is DIRECTED to prepare and transmit to the U.S. Marshals Service service packages for Defendant. The service packages must include the USM 285 form, the summons, and one (1) copy of the complaint. Upon receipt of the service packages, the U.S. Marshals Service is DIRECTED to serve Defendant. The completed USM 285 forms shall be filed with the Clerk. If counsel for Plaintiff prefers, counsel may arrange for service of the complaint to Defendant without involving the U.S. Marshal.
