ORDER granting #3 Motion to Stay and STAYS all deadlines in this case. Should the Chancery Court of Delaware deny the Motion for Preliminary Injunction in the Delaware Action, Defendants shall file their response to Plaintiffs' Complaint no later than fifteen (15) days after the Chancery Court of Delaware enters its Order. Upon the filing of Defendants' response, the stay shall be lifted. Should the Chancery Court of Delaware grant the Motion for Preliminary Injunction, the parties shall promptly notify the Court of the ruling and advise the Court of the parties' planned course of action with respect to this case.
