ORDER: Plaintiff's count for negligent entrustment against Defendant Thomas is DISMISSED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate Defendant Thomas as a party to this action. Plaintiff's count for negligence against Defendant Eastman survives the required review under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff one of each of the following forms: a USM 285 form, a summons, and an initial disclosures form.
