ORDER: I ORDER Carswell WITHIN (21) DAYS of the entry date of this Order either (A) TO REQUEST voluntary dismissal of this case pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i), or (B) TO SUBMIT an amended petition for a federal writ of habeas corpus that states all the claims he believes he has and identifies when and how he exhausted all available state remedies. To assist Carswell if he elects the second option, I DIRECT the Clerk to attach to the copy of this Order when it is mailed to Carswell one copy of this Courts 2254 petition form and IFP prisoner form.
