ORDER granting #3 Motion to Stay. It is further ORDERED that this action is STAYED and shall be ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending completion of arbitration. The parties shall file a stipulation of dismissal upon finalization of the arbitration process, and either party shall have the right to move to reopen this case to resolveany remaining issues of contention. If any issue raised in the Complaint remains unresolved after arbitration, the parties shall notify the Court by filing a motion to reopen the case within ten (10) days of the completion of arbitration.
