ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the entry date of this Order in which to submit an amendment on whether he has filed other lawsuits in federal court while incarcerated in any institution. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to clearly caption his amendment as an amendment in 1:18-cv-5796-SCJ-AJB. Plaintiff is ADVISED that the undersigned will recommend that this action be dismissed without prejudice if it is determined that Plaintiff has provided false information to the Court on the matter of lawsuits filed in federal court. During the pendency of his case, Plaintiff must keep the Clerk of Court advised of his address at all times. Plaintiff is ADVISED that failure to comply with this directive shall result in dismissal of his complaint. The Clerk of the Court transmit a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated. The Clerk is DIRECTED to RESUBMIT this action to the undersigned Magistrate Judge upon the expiration of the aforementioned thirty-day time period. Signed by Magistrate Judge Alan J.
