ORDER - Plaintiff's request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, [Doc. #2 ], is GRANTED, and he must pay an initial partial filing fee of $5.00 within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of this Order. Pursuant to 1915(b)(2), Plaintiff is obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited in his inmate account. Plaintiff is CAUTIONED that this action may be dismissed for failure to (1) comply with this Order; see LR 41.3A(2), NDGa.; or (2) keep this Court advised of Plaintiff's current address at all times while this lawsuit is pending; see LR 41.2B, NDGa. The Clerk is DIRECTED to transmit a copy of this Order to the Warden of the Rockdale County Jail in Conyers, Georgia. The Warden, or his designee, is ORDERED to collect the aforesaid monthly payments, including the initial $5.00 payment, from Plaintiffs inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Service of process shall not issue pending further consideration of the complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A. The Clerk is FURTHER DIRECTED to RESUBMIT this action to the undersigned upon Plaintiff's payment of the $5.00 initial partial filing fee or the expiration of the thirty-day time period for Plaintiff to pay that fee.
