ORDER (by docket entry only): On February 12, 2019, the parties in this contract action filed a joint motion seeking to stay this matter in light of a related proceeding that, according to the parties, may prove dispositive as to many of the issues and ultimate outcome of the instant case. [Doc. 10]. Having reviewed the parties' arguments, the motion is GRANTED solely to the extent that the Clerk's Office is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this matter since it need not, at this time, remain on the Court's docket. Upon resolution of the related case as identified by the parties in their submission [Doc. 10] the parties shall, within thirty (30) of such resolution (or alternative outcome), promptly notify the Court and may, at that time, request that this case be reopened and placed back on the Court's calendar.
