Filing 6 ORDER : IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs retaliation claim is ALLOWED TO PROCEED against the three named Defendants. #5 Plaintiffs motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED as premature. The Clerk SHALL send Plaintiff a USM 285 form and summons for each of the three Defendants. Plaintiff SHALL complete the forms and return them to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the entry date of this Order. Plaintiff is WARNED that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this action. The Clerk is DIRECTED to resubmit this matter to the Magistrate Judge upon receipt of the completed service forms from Plaintiff or at the expiration of the 21-day period for Plaintiff to return the forms.
