The motion is denied to the extent that it seeks expedited discovery in this case. The motion is granted to the extent that: 1. Defendant is enjoined and restrained from performing the same or substantially similar work as he performed for U.S. Security [Associates] (i.e. managing employees, developing business, negotiating contracts, and overseeing customer accounts relating to the provision of contract security services) for another security services provider within the geographic territory in which he worked for U.S. Security [Associates] at the time his employment ended; 2.
