It is further ORDERED that Paragraphs Seven, Nine, and Ten of the Order Appointing Receiver and Enjoining Defendant and Others [Doc. 7] are MODIFIED to remove Gildan Activewear SRL's consent rights with regard to the disposition of the Alleged Gildan Consigned Inventory as set forth herein.
