ORDER IN ACTIONS BROUGHT UNDER THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT. Each plaintiff is directed to file a Statement of Claim by 21 days from date of service of underlying complaint. Plaintiff(s) shall promptly serve a copy of this Order, the Statement of Claim, and copies of all supporting documents upon counsel for defendant(s) once an appearance has been made or at the time the Statement of Claim is filed. Defendant(s) shall then file a response to plaintiff's Statement of Claim within 20 days of being served with plaintiff's Statement of Claim. This parties are ordered to mediate this case within 60 days ofdefendant's response to plaintiff's Statement of Claim. If the caseis settled at the settlement conference, counsel shall promptly notify theCourt by filing a notice of settlement signed by counsel of record within 7days of the conference. In the event the settlement conference is unsuccessful, all parties are required to participate in subsequent mediation, which shall take place within 30 days of the close of discovery.
