Filing 7 ORDER: The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to adjust the Courts docket (1) to show that this is a federal habeas corpus petition, 28 U.S.C. 2254, and (2) to terminate all Defendants previously listed in Plaintiff's initial pleading, which has now been superseded and replaced by his habeas corpus petition.
