Filing 6 ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff shall be allowed to proceed without paying an initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff is obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited into his inmate account. If Plaintiff does not want to have funds deducted from his account, he should file a motion voluntarily dismissing this action within (30) days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed in this Court, he must amend his complaint as instructed (See Order for specifics). Plaintiff is CAUTIONED that his action will be subject to dismissal if he does not comply with the Court's orders and directions. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to forward Plaintiff the proper civil action form.
