ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff shall be allowed to proceed without paying an initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff is obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited into his inmate account. If Plaintiff does not want to have funds deducted from his account, he should file a motion voluntarily dismissing this action within (30) days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed in this Court, he must amend his complaint as instructed (See Order for specifics). Plaintiff is CAUTIONED that his action will be subject to dismissal if he does not comply with the Court's orders and directions. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to forward Plaintiff the proper civil action form. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to RESUBMIT this action to the undersigned Magistrate Judge upon the expiration of the aforementioned time period. Signed by Magistrate Judge John K. ORDER granting #2 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall, within thirty (30) days of the date this Order is entered, submit either the $400 filing and administrative fee or an IFP application that includes a current inmate account statement certified by a prison official. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send Plaintiff a prisoner IFP application and to print the case number on the application.
