ORDER : IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner and Respondent appear before this Court in Courtroom 1905, United States Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive SW, Atlanta, Georgia, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2019, for ahearing to determine the further scheduling and disposition of this matter, including whether a guardian ad !item should be appointed to represent the interests of the Child. The Court strongly recommends that Respondent obtain counsel to represent her in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Petitioner shall serve a copy of the Petition and this Order on Respondent by hand delivery on or before April 10, 2018, and file proof of such service. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's ex parte #2 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order is GRANTED, and Respondent SHALL BE PROHIBITED from removing the Child from the jurisdiction of this Court pending a determination on the merits of the Verified Petition, and no person acting in concert or participating with Respondent shall take any action to remove the Child from the jurisdiction of this Court pending a determination on the merits of this Petition.
